Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 1150 platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, or using any of the services offered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1150 platform.

Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years and above only. Users under the specified age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services on this platform. 1150 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close accounts if age verification fails.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is only allowed to have one account on the 1150 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual — including using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 1150 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform. Any activity that takes place through your account — whether carried out by you or by another party due to negligence in safeguarding your password — is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 1150 support team immediately.

Account Transfer Prohibition

Your 1150 account is personal and cannot be transferred, sold, shared, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances. Allowing others to use your account — even with your permission — violates these terms and may result in account closure without prior notice.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the 1150 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all transactions are made using legitimately obtained funds and through payment methods registered in their own name.

1150 offers several local payment options including online bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to check the latest information in their account section before making any transaction.

All successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible, except in exceptional circumstances determined on a case-by-case basis by 1150 management. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the user account section, subject to the required identity verification. 1150 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review or internal compliance purposes without being required to provide detailed reasons.

Users are reminded that they are solely responsible for any taxes or other charges that may be imposed by their relevant authorities or financial institutions in connection with transactions made on this platform. 1150 is not liable for any fees or deductions applied by third parties during the fund transfer process.

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure

1150 reserves the right to suspend or close a user’s account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that the user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions. This includes but is not limited to: multiple account registrations, transaction fraud, promotion or bonus abuse, attempts to hack or disrupt the platform’s systems, or providing false information during registration.

Consequences of Account Closure

When an account is closed due to term violations, any balance remaining may be frozen pending investigation. If fraud or abuse is confirmed, 1150 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full without compensation. For user-requested closures with no violations, valid balances will be returned following the usual withdrawal process after identity verification.

Self-Exclusion on Request

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 1150 support team via live chat or email to initiate the closure process. All requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Once an account is closed, personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy platform currently in effect.
